We can be reached on multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook or email at mxdcustoms@gmail.com so we can help you create! Once your piece is designed we will send a detailed invoice for you, this will also include all shipping instructions attached for safekeeping of your milk. What is your turnaround time?
Turn around times will vary once your milk and settings are received unless custom findings are needed for your piece. There are some occasions where weather, humidity and chemistry do not allow for some pieces to set properly and may need to be made more than once, we appreciate your patience and grace in these instances to allow us the time to hand create each piece and get them sent out to you to meet our high standards. Please contact us to determine current lead times when you are ready to proceed with your order, we do offer rush options for an additional fee when needed.
Are your pieces customized with each mama's personal milk?

*All pieces are covered for 6 months for any color change due to milk preservation error. Unfortunately due to the nature of custom pieces, all sales are final and we aren’t able to repair due to mistreatment or improper care at this time. All pieces are handmade on demand; as such all items will be similar, but will not be the same, as images on the website or video. Exact sizing, color distribution, bubbles (presence, location, size or lack of) and ash placement are all variable piece to piece. Any such variations in color and characteristics occurring in these products do not, and shall not, constitute a defect in the quality or appearance of the product, and customers purchasing such items agree and accept such naturally occurring variations. Returns and refunds will not be considered for aesthetic issues.
*Please remember to treat your pendant with care as you would any fine jewelry, applying pressure, submersion, dropping, pulling or knocking it can cause damage to the resin or cause the jewel to come away from the its fittings.
**Resin naturally yellows over time, it is the nature of the substance and the chance of this happening increases with UV exposure, or exposure to water or chemicals. As well as minimizing contact with perfumes or lotions.
***All pieces are handmade, thus may have small inclusions, this is normal and adds to the charm of custom made. The sterling silver fittings on your jewelry can be cleaned using a silver cleaning cloth, cleaners may damage your jewel.
***Breastmilk Jewelry: Each woman's milk is different and the color of your piece depends on each mama, also each sample reacts differently to the chemical process and can even change from sample color.
*****Keepsake Jewelry: Your own inclusions are used in your jewelry, it is normal to change tints and even subtle color differences during the process.
